Annual Flag Football Game – Successful!

This past Sunday was such a blessing for the life of our church. It was our Annual Homecoming service. Our church began in 1916 and so we were celebrating 95 years! The service was full of good worship and fellowship.

The afternoon festivity was the annual flag football game. We had a big crowd come out to watch or play. We had a lot of fun!

This coming Sunday is our Homecoming service. We are eager for the day to get here as we will be celebrating 95 years as a church!

One of the events that makes the day so meaningful is the Annual Flag Football game. This will be our 6th Annual Homecoming Flag Football Game!

After church, we all have a big lunch downstairs. Then after all is cleaned up, and the food settles, and we all can change clothes, then we all (families and children come to be spectators) go meet behind Fairdale Elementary School to play a big flag football game. We can’t say the level of play will be impressive, but the memories sure will be! The Flag Football game will begin around 3:00 pm.
